All AIMINIFAN products come with a 1-year warranty from the purchase date. If you place an order on the AIMINIFAN official website and subscribe to our emails, you will receive an additional 1-year extended warranty for free. This warranty covers product defects, offering a replacement of the defective product or component.

Return Policy

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Neewer covers the cost of shipping the replacement item back to the buyer.
Before dispatching a replacement or issuing a refund, AIMINIFAN must receive the returned item in the agreed condition, with photo or video evidence of the defect.
Claim Requirements

Provide your order number and a photo/video for a claim.
Claims for missing products must be made within 20 days of purchase.
Missing parts must be reported within 2 days of receipt.
Warranty Limitations

Used products from third parties (e.g., Amazon EU, Amazon.com Services).
Normal wear and tear, loss, theft, misuse, or accidents.
Water damage or misuse-related defects.
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly.
Damage from incompatible voltage (use a step-up/step-down converter for international travel).
Specific Limitations

Subscribed consumers: 2-year warranty from the purchase date.
Consumables:
Light bulbs and flash bulbs: 6 months
Batteries: 1-year
